In the mainstream health service, specialists and healthcare providers don't talk to each other.
Each of them treats only the little bit of your issue that is relevant to their field.
Someone treats your womb, someone else your back pain, someone else your anxiety, someone else your bladder or your gut symptoms... And you end up with 5 different appointments and medical teams treating related issues as if they were separated from each other.
On top of that lack of holistic care, the western medicine system lacks the time to assess and listen to their patients as a whole, as well as the skills and knowledge to make sense of many musculoskeletal issues.
I believe that,
in order to receive the right guidance and support,
you need to be seen as a WHOLE.
Your mind, emotions and body.
Your different body parts and systems.
Your different symptoms and complaints.
You cannot receive high quality and efficient care if each professional is treating a little bit of you without even acknowledging that something else is not working.
BECAUSE YOUR BODY WORKS AS ONE.
EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED.
IN AND OUT AND ALL AROUND.

In the mainstream health service, specialists and healthcare providers don't talk to each other.
They work separately, each focused on just one part of your body or one set of symptoms.
Someone treats your womb. Someone else looks at your back pain. Another sees you for anxiety, bladder issues, or gut symptoms.
And you’re left juggling multiple appointments, none of them truly seeing the full picture.
On top of this fragmented care, the Western medical system often lacks the time — and sometimes the skills — to truly listen, assess, and connect the dots, especially when it comes to complex or chronic conditions.
But here’s what I know to be true:
You must be seen as a WHOLE.
Your mind.
Your emotions.
Your body.
Your symptoms aren’t separate.
You can’t heal deeply when each professional is treating just one part of you, unaware of what the rest of your body is trying to say.
Because your body works as one.

Let me tell you how it all began.
I was born into the world of healthcare — the daughter of a passionate nurse, I was already “playing nurse” before I could even talk.
From the beginning, I wanted it all: to be a nurse, a midwife, to work with babies, with mothers, to teach, to care, to heal. Nursing became the doorway to bring all those dreams to life.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Spain, qualifying as both an adult and children's nurse. From the start, I was drawn to Neonatal, Obstetric and Sexual Health, Women's Health, and Women's Mental Health.
As part of my dual degree, I also studied Osteopathy and Manual Therapies — and fell completely in love with this work.
Blending both passions —
Women’s Health
and
Manual Therapy
— naturally became my calling.
And ten years later, Loving Tums was born.

This journey has been shaped not only by my professional drive but by my personal experiences that have deeply influenced my work.
My own challenges have given me an authentic understanding of what my clients go through, which fuels my passion every day.
This empathy and connection inspire me to constantly seek better ways to help women struggling with chronic pain and health challenges.
It’s this drive to make a meaningful difference that keeps my heart dedicated to serving those who trust me with their healing.
I suffered from chronic pain since the age of 7.
When I was only 12, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
By the time I left Spain in 2013, I was under the care of 5 different consultants, taking 19 tablets a day for pain management and struggling with chronic pain due to Fibromialgia, alongside what seemed an endless list of fibro-related symptoms, incontinence, severe migraines and diagnosed depression and anxiety.
On top of that, since the age of 15, hormonal imbalances due to PCOS and Endometriosis gave a long list of
symptoms and severe pain that only got controlled with oral contraception.
Back then, even though I was young and not even trying, I was told by 3 different consultants that I could never have children due to my health issues. I grieved my unborn children for years to come after that.
I was told that I had to LIVE FOREVER with all these chronic illnesses
Suffering from chronic pelvic pain, lower back pain, insomnia, sciatica, brain fog and constant fatigue, I needed solutions, no one was giving me.

I absolutely loved being a nurse but I kept noticing the things that weren't working more than those that did.
The patients going home without answers, the tears of helplessness, the broken communication between professionals, the time restrictions preventing heart-centred healthcare professionals from delivering better care...
I experienced all that myself, both as a patient and a nurse,
and I simply knew things had to change.
I had to change them.
I had to do better.
My need for more, alongside the building frustration of seeing women like me at work, missing out on the care their bodies craved, motivated me to take action.
I decided to learn and study in order to provide those patients with a more complete approach and to help those patients in ways the NHS couldn't.
Because sometimes, what the NHS can do is just not enough.
I certified in
the highest levels of Remedial, Sports and also Holistic Massage,
specialising in Myofascial and remedial work.
In order to expand my core qualifications and knowledge,
over the years I have added more than 10,000+ hours of education to my portfolio,
both in and out of the NHS,
constantly broadening my knowledge and skills and working with some of the most renowned international professionals all over the world.
I have received further specialised training in
neuromuscular rehabilitation,
nervous system and spinal rehabilitation,
sacro-craneal therapy,
Spinal Flow,
Spinal Energetics,
Pelvic Health,
pelvic floor rehabilitation,
pregnancy and postnatal rehabilitation
breath work,
visceral and scarring release,
emotional release,
several somatic practices
polyvagal therapy,
biomechanical rehabilitation,
proprioception
and several core restore techniques.
I then realised that I wasn't only helping others.
My knowledge and skills were also healing my body.
The same body I was told was going to live in pain forever.

The same body I was told was going to live in pain forever.
As well as the physical pain, I was living with great emotional pain too. Different types of abuse I experienced as a kid and am adolescent, kept me in a dissociative state, living between depersonalisation, derealisation and fully disconnected from my own body.
My nervous system lived in a constant state of trauma.
In 2016 living in my own body felt so unsafe and unbearable I tried to kill myself.
I was then diagnosed with PTSD, depression , anxiety and agoraphobia.

My nervous system lived in a constant state of trauma. In 2016 living in my own body felt so unsafe and unbearable I tried to kill myself.
I was then diagnosed with PTSD, depression , anxiety and agoraphobia.
I sought help from different professionals and that's when I got to learn about trauma and about the undeniable link between mind and body.
This knowledge was essential to guide my journey and
led me to invest loads of my training in this field.
It was then when I realised that conventional practitioners try to specialise more and more narrowing their interests to just one area.
But the more I learn about the human body,
the more I realised that I had to change that western mindset.
Guided by my own symptoms, my patients needs and my intuition,
I decided to break free from the idea that a good professional has to find a niche or specialise in a specific field.
Instead, I looked for answers everywhere, broadening and broadening my sight of the human body instead of narrowing it down.
Maintaining this open-mind approach to health, following my internal believe that systems cannot be separated,
I managed to create my very own integral and holistic, head-to-toe, in-and-out style,
blending hundreds of different
evidence-based techniques in my very own successful system.

I currently live in West Wales with my 4 dogs, focused on maintaining my well-being, mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health.
Moving to West Wales and seeking a peaceful life in the countryside, was one of the most important steps in my healing journey, and where my spiritual and emotional healing truly started.
My business grew so fast, so quickly after moving to West Wales, that I decided to leave my NHS nursing job in 2019 to only serve those that I could not help as part of the standarised health service.
As my hobbies, I love training at the gym, singing, dancing and reading.
I have a great interest in learning about psychology, human relationships, the mind, the brain, self-improvement, spirituality and ultimately living in alignment with my true purpose.

I take a holistic approach where every part of you is considered and cared for.
I see and understand the connections between your different physical symptoms, allowing me to create a treatment plan that looks at your body as a whole—an intricate, interconnected system that deserves to be understood in its entirety, without breaking it into parts.
This means working with your entire body—head to toe, inside and out—while also addressing the mind, energy, emotions, and soul.
By using techniques that communicate directly with the nervous system, I can help bring deep and lasting changes to your tissues, whether the imbalance comes from physical strain, emotional stress, mental overwhelm, unprocessed trauma or chemical factors.
My goal is to give you the most comprehensive and effective path to long-term healing and transformation. Through this process, you’ll move from chronic pain, illness, or infertility into a life where you feel truly alive—whether that means creating a family, feeling at home in your body, or stepping into your strength and freedom.
My approach is grounded in medical science and evidence-based practice, but it’s also deeply human. I meet my clients where they are, knowing that many women come to me during a time of vulnerability, frustration, or loneliness. Beyond expertise, they need someone who truly listens, understands, and supports them on their journey.
Women are often drawn to my work because of my extensive knowledge of the female body and my strong foundation in medical and musculoskeletal care. But what makes my approach truly special is the way I combine this expertise with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, emotional regulation, trauma processing, and energy work. This is what makes my clients fall in love with the process—and with their own healing.
My system is inclusive, intuitive, and powerfully effective—designed to guide you toward deep healing, self-trust, and empowerment. Through gentle yet profound touch, breath-work, and an array of cutting-edge rehabilitation techniques, I create a space where your body’s wisdom is honoured, and lasting change becomes possible
I use a holistic system in which all the pieces come together.
I make sense of all the things that are connected and design a treatment plan that takes into account you as a whole,
and your body as a complex machine where all the pieces work together.
This requires working with the full body -head to toe, in and out-
but also the mind, the energy and emotions,
combining powerful and highly specialised techniques from different modalities.
Working with techniques that communicate directly with the nervous system also allows me to create deep change in the tissues, whether this has been caused by mechanical, mental, emotional or chemical stress.
I am able to provide my clients with the most comprehensive formula to achieve a long-lasting transformation and deep healing, so they can go from chronic pain, illness or infertility to an active and fulfilling life, where they can achieve their life goal, whether that is creating a family or feeling amazing, in love with their bodies, strong, powerful and free.
My approach, although medical and evidence-based, is also empathetic and kind, anchored by my genuine ability to create rapport with my patients. Most women coming through my door find themselves in a vulnerable and lonely point in their lives, needing support and understanding from a fellow human, beyond the white coat.
My extensive expertise in the different systems of the body and the medical and musculoskeletal foundation of my approach is what usually brings people to me, but my knowledge about the strong mind-body connection, trauma, the female body and also energetics adds critical value to my treatment approach.
My system is inclusive, deeply emotive and effective, and designed to empower women on their health and life journey through light yet impactful touch, breath work and dozens of other different, successful and innovative rehabilitation techniques, while honouring your body’s communication and needs.
Based on my 20+ years as a healthcare professional, on my vast experience with thousands of clients and patients, on my knowledge as well as my personal experience, I have developed some core beliefs that shape my practice:
Every part and system is connected and linked to the rest of your body. A head-to-toe approach is a must when working with the human body.
The Nervous System is the boss and nothing in the physical body can be fixed long-term without using a method that treats the brain and the nervous system.
Everybody and every body is different and unique. A "one size fits all" approach is NOT good enough. When asking for support from a health care professional, everyone deserves to be treated as a unique, complex being who is seen, heard and deeply understood within their particular beliefs, experiences and circumstances.
The female body is complex and requires to be honoured and treated differently from the male body. This includes, not only the anatomical differences but also the mind processes and the hormonal fluctuations.
Working on the core system and the breathing mechanics is essential to heal any musculoskeletal pain. This includes the pelvic floor and any scars present in the limbs, the chest or the abdomen.
You cannot heal the physical body without taking into account the mind, the emotions and the energy. The body always feels and remembers more than your conscious mind.
Physical healing requires an intimate and deep relationship with your body. This requires being able to understand, be present, feel, love and accept your physical experiences without judgement. Fighting, resenting or loathing your body, or seeing it as the enemy, will never lead to healing.
Health is not a fling. it is a life-long relationship that requires daily commitment.
Your body has a self-healing ability. This can be accessed by working on the stressors that prevent the nervous system from working optimally, whether physical, mental, emotional or hormonal.
Your body is constantly communicating to you how it feels about your internal and external world. Pain and illness is simply the way in which your body communicates that something is not working for you and changes need to be made. The intensity of your experience is simply the intensity in which your body is screaming for help. The more you ignore it, the more it will scream by creating further issues.
Anyone can recover full health and function.
