Breathing is essential for nervous system rehabilitation, and it is the main tool to rehabilitate your inner core too. When you breathe correctly, your pelvic floor has the ability to perform optimally and your postural muscles can support your spine and your movements, preventing stiffness and pain. Good breathing makes you stronger
Breathing is a great tool to regulate your nervous system and switch it into "rest & repair".
This will help you feel less pain, feel less stressed and sleep better.
When your breathing works correctly, you won't need to pee at night either because your pelvic floor will be able to work better.
When using the right breathing muscles, you won't wake up stiff either!
You are strong and you can recover fitness and strength, without limitation.
However, this requires an approach that
helps your body breach the gap between pain and fitness,
in a safe manner!
