



I’m Abi Fernandez, a Registered Nurse and women’s health specialist, bringing together medical, holistic, and body-based approaches in a way that feels intuitive, grounded, and deeply individual.
My work sits at the meeting point of clinical understanding and somatic, whole-body awareness, where the precision of Western medicine meets the depth of Eastern and traditional practices.
Everything I offer is intentional and considered, drawing from both evidence-based knowledge and hands-on clinical experience.
I don’t work in isolated systems or symptoms.
I see the body as a connected whole—head to toe, inside and out—taking into account how everything interacts and influences each other.
As an autistic practitioner, I naturally perceive patterns, connections, and sensory information in ways that shape how I understand the body and what it needs, often picking up on things that may be overlooked in more conventional settings.
This is not a fast-paced or one-size-fits-all service.
It’s a slower, more attentive space where your body, your experiences, and your nervous system are taken into account.
I work with women, who haven’t found what they need in conventional settings, and are looking for a more considered and personalised approach.
You might be navigating ongoing pain, complex or unclear symptoms, nervous system dysregulation, trauma or hormonal issues.
Or you may simply feel that something isn’t quite right, and want the space to explore that more deeply.
