What if true healing isn’t about fighting symptoms,

but about listening to them —

to uncover what’s truly not working for you?

Hi! I'm Abi.

I know what it feels like to be stuck in cycles of pain, dysfunction, confusion, and not feeling fully understood by conventional care. That experience shaped the way I now work with women—bringing together medical knowledge and a deeper understanding of the body as an interconnected system.

I am all about Holistic Care.

In the mainstream health service, specialists and healthcare providers don't talk to each other.

Each of them treats only the little bit of your issue that is relevant to their field.

Someone treats your womb, someone else your back pain, someone else your anxiety, someone else your bladder or your gut symptoms... And you end up with 5 different appointments and medical teams treating related issues as if they were separated from each other.

On top of that lack of holistic care, the western medicine system lacks the time to assess and listen to their patients as a whole, as well as the skills and knowledge to make sense of many musculoskeletal issues.

I believe that,

in order to receive the right guidance and support,

you need to be seen as a WHOLE.

Your mind, emotions and body.

Your different body parts and systems.

Your different symptoms and complaints.

You cannot receive high quality and efficient care if each professional is treating a little bit of you without even acknowledging that something else is not working.

BECAUSE YOUR BODY WORKS AS ONE.

EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED.

IN AND OUT AND ALL AROUND.

Your neurotype and how your brain communicates with the world

outside and inside of you

I work with the understanding that the body cannot be divided into separate systems.

Mind, emotions, nervous system, and physical tissues are all connected—and symptoms often make sense when seen as part of that wider picture.

Rather than focusing on isolated issues, I look at how different parts of the body interact, communicate, and adapt over time.

This includes physical patterns, nervous system responses, emotional load, and the way each person uniquely processes life, stress, experience, and recovery.

I began my career over 20 years ago as a nurse in the NHS, where I first saw the limitations of a system that often treated symptoms in isolation.

Since then, I’ve worked across different countries and clinical settings, developing an approach that bridges medical understanding with body-based and somatic work.

Today, I work primarily with women who feel they haven’t been fully understood within conventional models of care—particularly those with complex, long-standing, or layered symptoms.

My work combines hands-on bodywork, rehabilitation, nervous system regulation, and clinical understanding to support the body in restoring balance and function over time.

I work with chronic pain, complex symptoms, nervous system dysregulation, hormonal concerns, trauma-related patterns, and fertility-related challenges.

The focus is always the same: understanding what the body is responding to, and supporting it in a way that feels coherent and sustainable.

Clients often come to me in pain, feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or like they’ve tried everything without getting clear answers.

My role is not to rush the process, but to listen to the body in detail and depth, allowing a clearer understanding of what is not functioning well and what may be maintaining the patterns of imbalance.

From there, I develop tailored strategies and rehabilitation approaches that address these patterns in a structured and considered way, supporting the body in gradually restoring balance and improved function.

Neurosomatic BioDynamic Attunement®
for Chronic Pain and Complex Systemic Conditions

This is a structured, body-based approach that combines clinical understanding with somatic and nervous system work.

It focuses on identifying how dysfunctional patterns are held within the body, and how these patterns affect movement, regulation, and overall function.

Through detailed assessment and hands-on work, I support the body in shifting these patterns over time, using carefully selected techniques and progressions based on what each system is able to integrate.

The aim is not to force change, but to work with the body’s capacity to reorganise, stabilise, and function more effectively.

Neurodivergence & Clinical Perspective

Neurodivergence & Clinical Perspective

My autism diagnosis was a significant turning point in how I understand life, health, and long-term change.

It gave me clarity on how profoundly neurotype influences the way the nervous system processes input, integrates treatment, and sustains change over time.

It also highlighted a gap in many conventional and somatic approaches, which are often not designed with neurodivergent processing styles, sensory systems, or regulatory needs in mind.

Since then, a significant part of my ongoing professional development has been dedicated to reviewing emerging research in neurodivergence, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care, and integrating this into my clinical work.

In 2026 especially, my CPD focus has been centred on refining my methods to ensure they are appropriate, safe, and effective for neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with complex or highly sensitive nervous systems.

Core Qualifications

&

Ongoing Professional Development

I hold a BSc in Nursing (both adults and children) with 10+ years of full-time experience within the NHS -Spain and UK- including several women's health and maternity services, as well as further continuous education in obstetric and maternal health, sexual and reproductive health, medical and surgical gynaecology, menopause, endocrinology, pain management and more.

I am also certified at the highest level in Sports and Remedial Massage, with additional qualifications in holistic bodywork, pregnancy and postnatal Rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction assessment and rehabilitation, myofascial therapy, neuromuscular rehabilitation and advanced manual therapy techniques.

My practice has also been shaped by further study in craniosacral approaches, reflex-based therapies, spinal-focused modalities, kinesiology, reflexology, and somatic bodywork systems, forming part of a long-term, integrative clinical development process.

Over the last two decades, I have completed the equivalent of 10,000+ hours of CPD and advanced training, dedicating extensive time to continuous learning, refinement, and clinical integration.

This depth of training and clinical experience has led to the development of two proprietary systems:

- Neurosomatic Fertility Method®
- The Neurosomatic BioDynamic Attunement® for Chronic Pain

and Complex Systemic Conditions

These approaches are the result of thousands of hours of hands-on practice and deep study. They structured, clinically informed systems that combine evidence-based practice with detailed somatic assessment and nervous system awareness.

They are designed to recognise dysfunctional patterns and support the body in a way that is appropriate to each individual’s capacity and processing profile.
