Here are some common questions,
with answers to help you get a clearer sense of how I work
I’m based in Whitland, West Wales.
I work from a private, quiet setting designed to support a more focused and individual approach.
I occasionally travel within the UK and internationally for clients, offering home visits or more immersive ways of working where appropriate.
If you’d like to explore whether working together feels right, you’re welcome to arrange a 30-minute call (CLICK HERE to book).

I work primarily with women who are navigating complex, long-standing health concerns and are looking for a more individualised and whole-body approach.
Many of the women I see are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or managing multiple layers of physical and emotional stress alongside their daily responsibilities. This can include mothers, professionals, creatives, and women in leadership or caregiving roles.
Often, they have already tried different forms of support but still feel that something hasn’t fully been understood or addressed in a coherent way.
My work provides a quiet, focused space where the body can be assessed and supported in detail, without judgement or pressure, and where patterns can be explored at a deeper level than is often possible in more conventional settings.
This is a space for women who want to understand their body more clearly, and who are looking for a structured, considered approach to their health and wellbeing.
Many of my clients are simply looking for a place where they can feel understood and supported in a more complete way.

I don’t work with the body as a collection of separate symptoms or systems.
Instead, I look at how different parts of the body interact—structurally, neurologically, and functionally—and how patterns develop and are maintained over time.
My background combines nursing, women’s health, and advanced bodywork, which allows me to draw from both clinical understanding and hands-on, somatic approaches.
Rather than focusing on a single technique or discipline, I integrate different methods in a way that is tailored to each person and what their body is able to respond to.
This means looking not just at where symptoms are showing up, but how the wider system is functioning—so that any work we do is coherent, structured, and relevant to you.
Each case is approached individually within a structured clinical framework

I work using two proprietary methods:
– Neurosomatic Fertility Method®
– Neurosomatic BioDynamic Attunement® for Chronic Pain and Complex Conditions
These are structured, body-based approaches that combine clinical understanding with hands-on work and nervous system awareness.
Rather than following a fixed technique or routine, each session is adapted to what your body presents on the day. I draw from different methods where relevant, based on what is most appropriate and what your system is able to respond to.
The work may involve physical treatment, nervous system regulation, and addressing how patterns are held and maintained within the body over time.
Many people come to me after trying more standard or single-discipline approaches, and are looking for something more integrated and individual.

I mainly work with long-standing or complex health concerns—particularly those that haven’t fully resolved with more conventional or single-discipline approaches.
This often includes chronic pain, persistent or unclear symptoms, nervous system dysregulation, hormonal and pelvic health concerns, and patterns linked to stress or trauma.
Many of the women I work with have tried different treatments without finding a clear or lasting way forward, and are looking for a more integrated, whole-body approach.
Examples of what I may support include:
Ongoing back, neck, or pelvic pain
Fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions
Headaches, migraines, or nerve-related symptoms
Digestive discomfort or abdominal tension
Pelvic floor issues, postnatal recovery, or scar-related symptoms
Hormonal imbalances and fertility-related concerns
Chronic tension, burnout, or nervous system overwhelm
If you’re unsure whether your specific situation fits into any of these categories, you’re welcome to get in touch or arrange a call to explore it.

Yes — although this is not the primary focus of my work.
I don’t offer coaching or “manifestation” work. My approach is rooted in supporting the nervous system, physical body, and emotional regulation.
Many people find that when their nervous system becomes more regulated and their body is no longer in a constant state of stress or protection, they naturally experience changes in clarity, emotional resilience, decision-making, and overall sense of direction in life.
This is not something I “create” or impose — it is often a byproduct of the body becoming more settled, coherent, and supported.
My work focuses on helping the body move out of long-held protective patterns through a combination of advanced bodywork, women’s health expertise, and nervous system-informed approaches.
From there, people often notice shifts not only in physical symptoms, but also in how they relate to themselves, their choices, and their daily life.

Yes — fertility is one of the areas I support within my wider women’s health work.
My approach focuses on the body as a whole system, including the nervous system, hormonal function, pelvic health, and how stress and long-standing structural and functional patterns may be affecting overall balance and regulation.
Rather than working with rigid protocols, I look at how your body is functioning as an interconnected system and support it in becoming more regulated, responsive, and cohesive.
Some women come to me specifically for fertility support, while others find that improvements in cycle health, pelvic function, and overall wellbeing naturally support their fertility journey as part of wider changes in the body.
If this is something you are exploring, you’re welcome to get in touch to see whether my approach is appropriate for you.

Many of the women I work with come to me after long periods of ongoing symptoms, often having tried multiple approaches without finding lasting change.
While every person is different, common changes people report include:
- reduction in pain or physical symptoms
- improved energy and sleep quality
- better nervous system regulation and stress tolerance
- improved understanding of their body and its patterns
- greater ease in movement, digestion, or daily function
- feeling more connected and at home in their body
Some people notice changes quickly, while for others it unfolds more gradually over time as their system continues to integrate and regulate.
The work is not about forcing outcomes, but about supporting the body to shift out of long-held patterns and into a more balanced and functional state.

In my experience, symptoms are often the body’s way of communicating that something is not functioning in balance or is under sustained stress.
When the underlying structural, neurological, and functional patterns are understood and addressed, symptoms often begin to ease as a natural consequence of that process.
I don’t approach the body through force or symptom-chasing, but through a combination of advanced Western clinical understanding and Eastern-informed somatic principles that consider the body as an interconnected system.
This allows me to work not only with physical structures, but also with the way the nervous system, emotional patterns, and lived experience influence how symptoms are held in the body.
Rather than trying to “override” symptoms, I identify the systems that are out of balance and use structured, hands-on treatment and rehabilitation strategies to support the body in reorganising itself over time.
As regulation improves and dysfunctional patterns begin to change, many people experience meaningful shifts in pain, function, and overall wellbeing.

Following a brief phone conversation, and if we agree it’s appropriate to proceed, we meet for a face-to-face Initial Consultation.
The first 40–45 minutes are spent in a detailed discussion to build a clear picture of your current symptoms, medical history, and how different aspects may be connected. In some cases, issues that seem unrelated—such as an old injury—can be contributing to current pain or dysfunction.
We then move into a physical assessment, both off and on the treatment table. This includes observation of movement and a series of relevant clinical tests to understand how your body is functioning in practice, and to confirm or refine the findings from the consultation.
Once we have a clear understanding of the key contributing factors, we begin hands-on treatment and testing of different approaches to see how your body responds. This may include advanced bodywork, manual therapy techniques, and methods that support nervous system regulation and overall functional balance.
Everything is guided by real-time feedback from your body, allowing us to identify what creates the most effective change for you.
When appropriate, we may reassess clinical markers during the session to confirm improvement and help determine the most suitable ongoing approach for your specific presentation.
The aim is not to follow a fixed routine, but to work in a structured and responsive way that supports your system to move out of protective or compensatory patterns over time.
Many people notice a sense of release, improved ease, or greater clarity in their body after treatment.
Where appropriate, I may also provide guidance or simple rehabilitation strategies to support your progress between sessions.

The Initial Consultation is a longer session lasting between one and a half to two hours. This allows time for a detailed assessment of your symptoms, history, and how your body is functioning as a whole system.
From this assessment, I identify the key contributing factors to your presentation and begin to map out a structured rehabilitation approach tailored to you.
The price for the Initial Consultation is £600.
If we decide to work together beyond the initial session, I offer structured follow-up packages for ongoing support over a period of time. These are discussed privately after your consultation, based on your needs and the level of support required.
Treatment is systematic and progressive.
I design clear rehabilitation plans with specific goals, milestones, and adaptations over time, so we are always working toward meaningful change in a structured way.
Each session is tailored to your body on the day, but it always sits within a wider treatment plan. As your system changes, the plan is adjusted to reflect your progress and ensure we are moving in the right direction.
Between sessions, I may provide guidance or rehabilitation exercises to support your progress where appropriate.

To begin, please request a complimentary 30-minute Initial Connection Call. (CLICK HERE).
This initial conversation allows us to explore your current needs, discuss your situation in more detail, and I can advise whether my approach is appropriate for you
.
If we decide to proceed, the face-to-face Initial Consultation is then booked as the first step in working together.
